This is us. Where making an impact matters. Our Adviser Partnerships team has an opportunity for a Conduct and Assurance Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for designing and developing the Quality Assurance framework and processes to ensure that our key partners comply with Kiwibank’s expectations to delivering Good Customer Outcomes.
You will build strong relationships with our key partners and lead the quality assurance process and ensure the integrity of the adviser business and that all accredited advisers operate in line with Kiwibank’s expectations set in terms of application quality, compliance and conduct. The successful candidate will develop a deep understanding of Kiwibank’s contractual relationship with Aggregators and Advisors, taking the lead in managing any investigations.
Key responsibilities in this role include develop and maintain the quality assurance framework, processes and documentation to ensure that Kiwibank’s expectations are understood by our partners and implemented effectively to ensure that Good Customer Outcomes are delivered through our Adviser distribution network.
Delivery of the value outcomes of QA and supervision, providing insights to the business, maintaining feedback loops and supporting continuous improvement of policies, processes and controls through root cause analysis.
Develop strong relationships with Adviser aggregators and mortgage adviser business leaders to enable partnership and positive action to address any themes that are identified that can improve Kiwibank risk management.

Proven track record optimising processes and systems for efficiency, with a continuous improvement mindset. Proficient in gathering quality information and presenting persuasive evidence to support a point of view. Strong critical thinking and research skills. Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to articulate concepts concisely and clearly.
