Pardoo Wagyu is leading transformational change to produce purebred Wagyu beef for the local and international market. Bring your payroll and accounts experience to complete the team with the benefit of flexible part time hours, 3-4 days (0.6-0.8 FTE) or spread the hours over 5 days, however, Tuesdays and Wednesdays on pay week are a must! CBD/St Georges Terrace location for easy public transport access.

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to) manage the payroll function for approx. 65 staff members, using Keypay and Employment Hero. Ensure compliance for tax and superannuation and make payroll tax, PAYG and superannuation payments before the due dates.

Manage workers compensation salary payments and reimbursement claims as and when they arise. Respond to employee queries in a timely manner. Accounts Payable and Receivable. Raise Purchase Orders. Answer phone calls and manage routine office inquiries. Collect and distribute incoming mail.

Qualifications & experience 2 years’ experience in a payroll, accounts payable and receivable role. High accuracy of data entry. Experience in accounting software and Microsoft office suite, particularly Excel. Experience in Employment Hero and Keypay is desirable.
