Finance Assistant Team Executive Consultants location Melbourne. $70,000 – $80,000 per year.

The firm a not-for-profit residential aged care facility.

The role this part-time role will be three full days a week, onsite at the Hampton office. Up to $78,000 + Super (Pro-rata for 3 days) for the right candidate.

It will include managing the workflow from accounts payable to batching. Ensuring invoice authorisation procedures are followed. Cost efficiency reporting. Inputting sundry billing. Managing supplier and resident accounts. Assisting with end of period reporting.

Monitoring agency staff hours and expenses. Filing and archiving financial records. Maintaining the asset register. Backing up the Payroll Officer. Backing up the Admin Team, for instance relieving reception duties during lunch breaks. Assisting the Finance Manager with ad-hoc tasks. Participating in regular supplier reviews.

You will have at least 3 years' professional experience in an aged care or healthcare environment. 2+ years in a finance or bookkeeping role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, using professional English. Knowledge of Bookkeeping principles and procedures.

High-Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills. Corporate Information Management (CIM) accounting software experience or similar (ideally). Demonstrated high level of accuracy with figures. Ability to analyse and reconcile accounts. Attention to detail, Efficient, Maintain confidentiality.
