Finance Officer Cadence Connect location Brisbane. Up to $75,000 + Super + Salary Sacrifice.

The role accounts payable data entry, creditor reconciliations and action creditor queries. Process cheque payments and EDI/EFT payments. Process receipts. Daily reconciliation of bank accounts. Prepare and process billings.

Process direct debits. Liaise with site staff on an ongoing basis as required. Assist with the reconciliation of General Ledger accounts. Assist with the preparation of the monthly Profit & Loss Statements.

About you relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce or Business is desirable but not mandatory. Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable for a large multi-site organisation.

Demonstrated experience in account management functions and ability to manage large volumes of financial data for a growing organisation working with multiple ledgers. Demonstrated experience with a computerised financial accounting system including fast accurate keyboard skills and preferably advanced spread sheeting skills.
