We're searching for highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our growing team as an appointment booker with a clear progression plan for you to become a fully qualified Financial Advisers within 3-6 months.

Your Role and responsibilities conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned territories, engaging with residents to identify financial planning needs and book appointments for our financial advisors. Schedule appointments for financial advisors to provide personalized financial advice.

As an appointment booker, you will be working towards your Financial Adviser qualification, you'll be a key player in helping Kiwis achieve their financial goals. – We pay for your accreditation and it is expected to be completed within 3 – 6 months.

What We Require from you, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a door-to-door appointment booker for financial advice. A successful candidate should have the following traits.

Someone who is Hungry, always looking for ways to improve, take on new challenges, and push themselves beyond their comfort zone. Constantly seeking ways to grow and learn. Someone who is Humble, willing to listen, share credit, and is coachable.

Someone who is Smart, can read a room, understand the dynamics of a group, and navigate conflicts and disagreements in a constructive way. Able to build strong relationships with their colleagues and are not afraid to have difficult conversations when necessary.

Someone who has good Communication Skills - Fluent/Strong English-speaking skills are a must. Someone who is Physically Capable - Ability to walk, talk, and knock on doors for extended periods.
