The role as the Park Manager or Management Couple, you will work with the Assistant Managers in a team environment and will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations of the park. Reporting to the Directors, your focus will be on profitability targets and controlling costs, as well as finding satisfaction in park development and capital improvement.
Desirable skillsets include significant experience managing an accommodation-based business encompassing office administration, financial management and grounds maintenance. Good financial understanding – revenue, costs, investments. Project management experience.
Ability to create a positive work environment, build rapport and motivate a team. Desire to provide excellent service to the residents and annuals. Sales and marketing skills. Mediation and conflict resolution skills. Initiative and self-motivation. Willingness to be hands-on managers.
Highly regarded qualifications Current First Aid and CPR certification. WHS White Card. Fire warden and fire extinguisher trained. WWCC.
