We collaborate with architects, interior designers, chief engineers, government contractors, and builders to deliver innovative quality projects across various markets, including Commercial, Education, Health, Hospitality, and Residential.

About the role we are looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant to assist with key financial processes, particularly focusing on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. Key responsibilities include managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.

Processing invoices, reconciliations, and payments. Monitoring outstanding receivables and managing supplier relationships. Supporting month-end closing activities, including reconciliations of bank accounts and credit cards. Assisting with cash flow management and reporting. Managing Fixed Assets, month end accruals and closing. Supporting the senior accounting team with financial controls and reporting.

Requirements we are seeking a candidate who holds a Bachelor of Accounting or similar qualification. Has previous experience in a similar role. Is proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in ERP systems.

Has a strong understanding of AR and AP processes and related accounting principles. Experience within Manufacturing and familiarity with Pronto, Xero, and Cognos BI are highly desirable.
