Who are we green Valley Dairies Ltd is proud to be a fully independent, family-owned milk company. Our milk is produced completely on the farm, going directly from the farm dairy to the process plant where it is treated to retain the old-fashioned wholesomeness of a great product. The manufacturing plant is located 10 minutes south of the Bombay Hills in Mangatawhiri.

What is the opportunity we are currently seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Assistant to join our quality assurance team to assist on a day-to-day basis in the implementation and maintenance of the company Quality Management System. This position is full time and some Sunday work will be required.

Who should apply suitable applicants will have previous experience working in a quality assurance role within the food industry.

Key attributes we are looking for include honestey, integrity, reliability with good attention to detail. Tertiary Qualifications in Science or practical experience as a QA Assistant. Strong written and oral communication skills.

A mentoring/coaching approach to working with people. Hands-on, proactive team involvement. A full New Zealand Drivers License. Flexibility to work early & late shifts from time to time when requested. Computer skills in word & excel.
