The client this Australian wellness brand is a leader in skincare and ingestible’s, with continued growth both locally and internationally, we are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer who is skilled in digital design and art direction.
With wholesale retail, eCommerce partners, a strong eCommerce channel and stocked in over 50,000 salons, this is an exciting and varied role that sits within the marketing department.
The role in this role you will interpret and implement the creative vision across a broad range of projects ranging from digital, social, and retail/wholesale collateral and requires a combination of creativity & digital content best-practices to ensure our customers discover the brand and products tailored to them to increase their lifetime value and increase purchasing frequency.
Creating compelling and customer-centric content for the brands audience to increase engagement and revenue for the business. Manage a Junior Graphic Designer and associated creative workload to ensure deadlines are met. Creation of digital design and assets for use on the website and social media platforms.
Creation of presentation and mock-ups to present ideas/executions for approval. Deliver all content as per the brand guidelines, ensuring that all content and copy delivered across every marketing touchpoint reflects tone of voice and is cohesive.
Assists in enforcing the brand guidelines cross-functionally and provides guidance across all content assets for the marketing of the products and brand. Manages briefs & deadlines to ensure creative is delivered to meet the marketing calendar objectives. A great eye and in-depth understanding of UI and UX. Key contributor and collaborator with other functions on all things design.
The role the ideal candidate will have a strong design background working within an eCommerce brand and have an aligned aesthetic, previous experience within the beauty or high end fashion industries are highly regarded, and ideally you love wellness and believe that beauty starts from within.
Outside of this we are looking to connect with talent who have excellent verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills. 4+ years’ experience in a similar role within the beauty/fashion industry. Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite – PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro.
Knowledge of HTML5 & CSS3 also an asset, but not essential. Demonstrated ability to work to multiple deadlines & multi-task. Creative & critical eye with great attention to detail. Strong creative & conceptual thinker with an agile mindset.
Ability to conceptualise and execute creative across the website and marketing channel. Ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines. Keeping up to date with relevant trends, and progress in creative content production. Having a strong work ethic with ‘lead by example’ attitude.
