About the role a full-time position has become available for an enthusiastic Help Desk Support person to join our team.  You will report to the Director of IT & Information Security based at our Head Office in Canada

In this role, no two days are the same. You could be taking calls from the most junior members of staff or maybe the General Manager. The role will have you grappling with a wide variety of tasks in desktop/device support, documentation, network deployments and troubleshooting, servers and storage infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

This role will see you working with a well-established company based in Redcliffe, where you will gain hands-on experience in a wide variety of business applications. You will learn valuable customer service skills, work in a tight-knit supportive team environment and set yourself up for a long-term career in the industry.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be familiar with Microsoft 365 and work well in a team environment. It would be essential for the candidate to be able to prioritise and manage their time effectively as well as having a great attention to detail.

About you, your experience should include knowledge of supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 desktop operating systems and Windows 2019/2022 server operating systems. Knowledge of PC / LAN / WAN environments. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.

Ability to support desktops, notebooks, printers, mobiles, tablets. Confident in communicating with a diverse range of business customers. Minimum Cert II in IT or equivalent on-job training required. We are looking for someone who has a positive, can-do attitude, a willingness to acquire new skills and most importantly, someone who is keen to learn.
