As they expand, they’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the executive team and help drive their financial strategy forward.

The role as CFO, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial direction of Wilson Parking. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will oversee all financial operations, contribute to business strategy, and support long-term growth objectives. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking leadership team.

Key responsibilities develop and execute financial strategies to drive growth and profitability. Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other external stakeholders. Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring efficient and effective financial management. Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and senior management team. Support new business opportunities. Drive financial performance analysis, including cost management and revenue optimisation.

Skills & experience proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role. Strong technical knowledge of financial management, corporate finance and budgeting processes. Track record of ‘can do’, ‘roll-up sleeves’ action and results orientation.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team. Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and analytical approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
