With projects due to kick off within the next 2-3 months, we are looking for a residential construction Project Manager to join our Mid Canterbury branch. Based in Ashburton, you will work closely with construction administration, suppliers, sub-contractors and tradespeople to manage the construction of multiple builds to high customer standards and specifications.

Working on a range of builds from turnkeys, home and land and design and build homes you will be responsible for effective and positive client communication. Planning the ordering and coordination of suppliers, contractors and sub-contractors.

Proactively driving project planning, administration, timeframes and managing costs across multiple sites. Ensuring a collaborative and positive work environment with quality and delivery as the key drivers. Owning Health and Safety practices across allocated build sites.

Does this sound like you a qualified builder with experience working as a residential Project Manager and a proven track record of project delivery. Happy to get on the tools to help with small jobs, if required. Passionate about delivering a quality product safely and on time, while providing an excellent service to your customers.

Good working knowledge of the NZ Building Code and NZS3604. Experience working with customers, suppliers, contractors and Health and Safety. Confident on a computer (both office and project apps), Organised, with effective time management and communication skills, and able to adapt to internal systems and processes.
