Gibbons Co is a privately owned, luxury property development company that specializes in residential and commercial developments. A major and well-established player in both the Wellington and Auckland market creating homes in communities, with a proven track record.

Gibbons Co are developer and main contractor. We are expanding our presence into the Queenstown market. Consequently, we are recruiting qualified and professional managers to be part of our construction team.

The 5-mile project comprises of 226 standalone, freehold residential homes in thriving Frankton. We have an opportunity for someone with project management skills, specializing in construction programming, together with methodologies on large scale residential and/ or commercial projects.

We are looking for someone who has suitable experience and qualifications, with experience on delivering large scale projects over $20M+. This individual must work well within a team, have sound leadership skills, and a positive attitude whilst managing and working with subcontractors.
