Inbound Customer Service Team Member location Sydney, CBD, Inner West and Eastern Suburbs. The role we are seeking a reliable person to join our small customer service team and receive comprehensive training on our product range and processes. You will be responsible for processing customer orders received via phone, email and edi, answering phone calls about product range, price and delivery time, maintaining a friendly relationship with customers over the phone. The person the ideal candidate should have the following good data entry skills or phone sales experience, experience in a similar role preferred, pleasant phone manner, knowledge of fasteners or industrial supplies an advantage but not essential.
