They are seeking a Finance Manager, reporting to the CFO, to join their high-performing team in Brisbane. This role provides an exceptional platform to further develop your skills within a complex, dynamic group of businesses.

The role the Finance Manager will lead a small team and serve as a key business partner to management, providing strategic financial insights and leadership over financial operations. As the Finance Manager, you will manage the full financial function of a complex group of companies experiencing rapid growth and change.

You will have full oversight in managing the P&L, balance sheet, CAPEX, and cash flow, as well as responsibility for board reporting, treasury, FP&A, tax compliance, and statutory reporting. The role will also be heavily involved in future acquisitions, system implementations, and operational projects.

Skills & Experience required you are a CA/CPA qualified accounting professional with a strong technical background across audit, tax, business services, and financial accounting. This role is perfectly suited to a technically confident Senior Financial Accountant, Group Accountant, or Finance Manager.
