Surveillance Operator G4S location Sydney, Ryde and Macquarie Park. Salary 70,000 - 80,000. In Australia, G4S provides integrated security solutions to a broad range of industries and we are currently looking for highly detailed and customer centric applicants to join their team.  Working 8 hour shifts across a 24/7 rolling roster (including some weekend work) along with other surveillance specialists, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the NSW community through the efficient running of a remote operations center. Responsibilities remote security monitoring and escalation, customer service & support, data entry and reporting. Essential requirements excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, intermediate computer skills, exceptional customer service, process driven and able to work and think under pressure, satisfactory employment, medical and criminal records checks. Desired but not essential requirements experience within the social, judicial and mental health sectors, multi-lingual - fluent in either chinese, arabic or vietnamese, g4s is currently taking applications for this position, with paid training commencing in december and go-live of the new site in january 2020.
