Office Administrator or Receptionist Adecco Office Support location Wellington. $28 - $35 p.h. + Flexible hours and work-life bala.

We seek an experienced Office Administrator/Receptionist with a background in the manufacturing industry. Candidates must have experience with social media, Xero, and payroll. We are looking for a part-time early riser who's after 20 hours per week! Work hours will be 7:30 am - 11:30 am, Monday to Friday. Hourly rate will depend on experience from $28 to $35 per hour.

Key responsibilities welcome visitors and manage phone calls and correspondence. Handle office invoices, phone calls, emails, and social media content. Schedule meetings and travel arrangements. Handle office supplies, purchases & inventory information. Extreme organisational, communication, multi-tasking & time management skills. Strong attention to detail ability and work well under pressure.

Social mediacreate and publish content on company social media platforms. Monitor and respond to social media interactions. Analyse metrics and performance reports.

Xero and payroll manage accounts payable/receivable in Xero. Process payroll accurately. Maintain financial records and assist with reports.

Ideal candidate experience in an administrative role. Experience in Xero and payroll processing. Knowledge of social media management. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred candidate industry-specific experience. Familiarity with other accounting/payroll software. Knowledge of social media marketing. Experience in Xero and payroll processing.
