Clerk Grade ½, Temporary Full-Time up to 2 Years, Parramatta, 2 Roles.

About the role we have an opportunity for a Customer Service Representatives to be part of our InfoLink Processing and Redaction Team, Office of General Counsel. The Customer Service Representative supports customer service delivery by responding to and processing urgent and non-urgent contacts and / or enquiries for customers, providing information and advice in line with applicable legislation, policy and procedures, and escalating issues as applicable.
