Help Desk Officer Hays Information Technology location Melbourne, CBD and Inner Suburbs. Your new company based in the cbd, this not for profit organisation are a leader in accreditation and assessment, both nationally and internationally. They play a vital role in their field. They require a Level 1 Help Desk Officer to join the team (ASAP start). Your new role in your new role, you will be the first point of contact for any it issues, monitor and manage the service desk call queue, provide first level network support and investigation, provide timely feedback on the status of allocated jobs, contribute to the maintenance of software and hardware, proactively and re-actively, ensure user equipment is operating effectively. What you'll need to succeed to be successful in your application, you will need good understanding of active directory, windows 10, exchange and computer hardware, good understanding of basic networking principles and wifi, strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure. What you'll get in return you will work for a leading not for profit organisation in a 3 day per week, 3 month contract that has a great chance to turn into a Fixed Term role or Permanent role.
