Role Overview:
As our Project Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategies and execution for our new house and land project. This role demands a blend of creativity and analytical prowess, offering the chance to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Development: Define target audiences and develop a cohesive brand identity, including marketing collateral, brochures, and videos that align with company vision.
Strategic Coordination: Act as a central point of contact within the marketing team, ensuring all aspects of the project's marketing strategy are executed cohesively and efficiently.
Digital Campaign Management: Oversee online media strategies, including content creation and digital advertising, to maximize project visibility and engagement.
Public Relations: Manage PR efforts to enhance project visibility and maintain a positive image across various media outlets.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside different functions within the organization to ensure a unified approach to project marketing.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in project marketing within a real estate agency or a minimum of five years in a general marketing coordinator role.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
Strong coordination skills, with experience in managing multiple stakeholders and functions.
Adept in digital marketing, including content creation and online media strategies.
Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting and conveying compelling messages.
