Opportunity we are searching for an ambitious Finance Assistant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity, as the successful candidate will work part time (three days per week). Receive a generous remuneration package (including performance bonus and other perks). Work from the office given the nature of the role; and receive comprehensive training.

The role the role will involve working closely with our Operations team.

The key aspects of the role are invoicing prepare draft invoices using our practice management software. debtor management: contact debtors to follow up overdue payments in an appropriate and professional manner.

recording keeping: maintain a spreadsheet which provides a comprehensive record of our overdue debtors, including details of emails and phone calls to each debtor and business operations support: support with a wide range of office administration items, including taking phone calls made to our general office number and assisting with other projects.
