About our organisation the Cause Collective is a community organisation that is setting out to transform the way in which community and public services are experienced by individual, families and whole communities. Our Executive Assistant is part of an interdisciplinary team of changemakers who provide excellent administrative services across our strategic management level.

About the role you can make quick work of any organisational challenge, demonstrate finesse and diplomacy with the most challenging of personalities.  You can dance your way through ambiguity with ease and a sense of humour.

Discretion is your middle name. You are known as a loyal and committed team member who can connect the detail on the ground to bigger picture thinking, and like us, you're driven by a strong sense of service to others. Experience as Board of Governance Secretariat is essential.

Communicate respectfully and effectively across a range of key stakeholders, Understand the organisational value of ‘service’, particularly in Pacific cultural contexts. The ideal candidate will love a fast-paced work environment, have a can-do attitude, be purpose-driven, have a hunger to learn and be empathetic to others. Some out of hours work will be required (e.g. monthly Board meetings).
