Operations Manager The Cause Collective location Auckland. $100,000 – $120,000 per year.

The Cause Collective (TCC) is a community organisation that aims to create the conditions for communities to thrive from this generation to the next. We are a population focused organisation and have a particular interest in Pacific peoples across Aotearoa, underserved and South Auckland communities. The Cause Collective is looking for an Operations Manager for their Youth Development Programme.

This role will work across a team of youth and pastoral care practitioners, using TCC methods and tools to establish work programmes and individual work plans including measurement and evaluation plans.  They will manage the workflow of the youth development programme across the organisation.  Responsibilities will include quality control, monitoring of financial budgets and developing and reviewing the necessary processes and procedures.

The right person for this role will have a relevant tertiary/management qualification or experience in youth development or similar fields, operational management, programme management or business administration.
