Turuki Health Care is a kaupapa Māori organisation delivering integrated Health, Wellbeing and Social Services across the Tāmaki Makaurau region. We provide quality, accessible, and affordable healthcare and support to whānau.

The opportunity located in the heart of Manukau, our dedicated Permanent Caregiver Support Services (PCSS) team have a position available for a solution focused Contact Centre Representative (CCR). This position is a combination of answering calls from our in house contact centre, recording notes in our database system and handling accounts related tasks as they arise. This is a fulltime role, working from 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

You will work alongside a tight knit team of four other CCR’s and support our SWRB Qualified and Registered Social Workers. We are looking for an individual who is confident with technology and can work with private and sensitive information. You will be someone who can easily build rapport with the whānau we work with and will enjoy being able to make a difference within the community.

Skills and experience previous experience working in a busy contact centre environment. A polite phone manner is a must. Ability to identify caregiver/ vendor needs and ask appropriate questions to ensure a solution can be reached. Accounts/ invoicing experience would be an advantage. Effective time management and decision making skills. Strong computer skills (reporting and Excel experience is preferred). Willing to embrace all cultures across the office.
