About the role workforce Management (WFM) is a critical enabler in the delivery of services, or in an organisation like New Zealand Police, deployment of our most important resource - our people. A high-performing WFM function will keep our people safe, reduce risk, ensure we meet demand, manage our financial liability around leave management, and be great to work with.

Key accountabilities an ability to think analytically and critically, and present information in a clear and concise manner. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills. Preferably experienced working with computer systems and applications. Exceptional teamwork and collaborative ability.
