About Armourguard New Zealand, a leading Cash Services & Security Services provider that has been around for 80+ years keeping New Zealand communities, personal and cash assets safe, is currently seeking long-term full-time Call Centre Operators to join our team.

About the role day shift and Night shift operators wanted. Your primary objectives are, to provide Welfare support for Armourguard personnel 24 x 7 staff, through ruthless adherence to welfare policies and procedures. Escalating any issues that could, or does involve, a staff member being at risk. Alarm, Noise Control and ATM request for services, dispatch.

What essential requirements you must bring experience in the Security Industry would be preferable, with all applicants considered. Must be able to use computer software. Can pass background checks to be able to progress through.

Great command of the English language both spoken, written and comprehension. Positive person that can remain clam when required. Team player that is reflected in your cv and references. You are looking for 2+ year’s work. NZ Citizen, Permanent Visa, or Resident Visa holders.

What skills & experience call Centre or Customer Service experience, Admin, Microsoft Excel, Experience in dealing with all types of personalities. Experience working in the NZ workforce.
