About the role as a Data Entry Assistant you will work within a friendly and supportive team-oriented environment where you will play a key role in providing data entry and administrative services to the business' finance team.
Your responsibilities will include entering data from emails into spreadsheets. Processing remittance payments if necessary. General administrative tasks as required. Display a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to assist others. Hours This is a full-time 2 week role. Standard working hours. You will be required in their St Kilda office Mon-Fri.
Skills and experience our client is looking for someone ideally with previous administration experience. You do not need to have previous experience within financial services however this is a plus. Extremely clear and high level communication skills. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow procedure and adhere to required processes. Strong PC skills and ability to work on computer-based applications.
