Take on this rewarding opportunity within an ASX listed organisation as an Accounts Payable officer. You will be responsible for the full function AP process and engage/ partner with stakeholders across the business when required.

Your day-to-day managing the full function accounts payable process for a set of suppliers. Responsible for analysing accounts payable utilising financial analytic tools to manage vendor. Manage exceptions reporting across the payables function. Assist with month end reporting, including Accounts Payable analytics and related reconciliations as required. Raising POs and three-way matching of invoices. Communicating with suppliers / vendors to investigate discrepancies.

Who you are previous experience in a full-function accounts payable role essential. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Adaptability with large ERP systems. Strong communication skills.
