Part time - 25 hours per week (M-W). Convenient East Tamaki Location. Competitive Salary - $30-33 per hour. This is a part time position working Monday to Wednesday with the potential opportunity to work more hours during busy periods.

Key responsibilities assist in invoicing, payments, and reconciling. Maintain Debtors ledger accuracy. Manage AR files, new accounts, credit checks. Foster positive customer relationships. Collaborate on credit control and payroll accuracy.

Ideal Experience 2 years financial administration experience. Meticulous attention to detail. Background in payroll processes. Familiarity with AR and credit control. Proactive customer communication.
