IT Specialist The Cause Collective location Auckland. $70,000 – $89,999 per year.

The Cause Collective is looking for an IT Specialist who will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users in resolving computer hardware, software and network-related issues.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a can-do attitude, strong problem-solving skills, be purpose-driven and highly organised with an eye for detail. You will need effective communication and patience with non-technical users. The role requires flexibility of working hours, including some evenings and Saturday mornings.

A tertiary qualification or equivalent in a related field (computer science, programming, software engineering, informatics, technology support) is required.
