Finance Manager Graham Consulting Auckland location Auckland. $130,000 – $140,000 per year.

This is an organisation you will be very proud to be part of and as the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial stability and sustainability long term. Leading a team, while reporting to a CFO your exposure across the organisation will be both interesting and challenging.

This position will suit someone who has been in a Senior Financial Accountant or Finance Manager capacity and you will enjoy leading people, working with your team to ensure they achieve their targets, and you will also have a passion for continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities exhibit strong leadership skills by fostering and nurturing a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Monthly financial accounting and management analysis and reporting. Analysing, developing, and presenting financial and related information to the CFO.

Prioritize and actively promote the development of both the team as a whole and individual team members. Driving continuous improvement in systems and processes across the finance team.

Ideally, we are looking for the following 5-6 + years’ experience post tertiary studies. CA or CPA qualified. Previous experience in managing workloads across a team; or in an CA firm in an audit team and it is something you really enjoy. An effective communicator who genuinely enjoys working with non-finance people too. Effective and proactive people leader.
