About the role this role works closely with the Senior Program Coordinator and will need to provide day-to-day administrative support in a fast-paced environment. Adopting a pro-active and solutions-focused approach, the incumbent will support activities and projects undertaken by this team. This role requires a team player who is committed to providing a high-quality administrative support and who is capable of successfully managing several competing priorities, with an eye for detail.
Who we're looking for headspace is seeking someone with demonstrated experience working in an administration role. Proficiency in MS Office programs including at least intermediate skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word. A demonstrated focus on collaboration, teamwork, and shared success. Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
Strong planning, time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meeting deadlines. Proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders. Proven ability working in a highly productive environment with time pressures whilst managing multiple tasks, with strong attention to detail.
An energetic and positive approach to work, with a commitment to getting things done and getting them done well. Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Proactive solutions-focused approach to problem solving. Willingness to seek and take on feedback and adapt in order to succeed. Excellent written communication skills. General proficiency with online collaboration tools such as CRM, Asana, Qualtrics.
