About the role we are looking for two Property Officers to join our Asset Services Team. One role will be focussed on delivering our vacant maintenance program, while the other will be focussed on conducting asset inspections across our portfolio. Join our experienced team to deliver great services to our member housing co-operatives.

Who We Are Looking for we need someone with experience in residential properties who has good customer service skills. Is self-organised and has good administration skills. Can quickly learn new information technology systems. Has experience in the building industry or in planning and managing maintenance. Works well within the prescribed framework but is able to think creatively to resolve problems.
