Administration Officer The University of Sydney location Sydney.
Full time continuing position based at our Camperdown Campus. Utilise your exceptional administrative skills to assist the area with tasks such as assessments, marking, Canvas administration, student attendance checks, mini clinical examinations, venue bookings and any other support. Base Salary $79,717 + 17% superannuation.

As such, we are in a period of exciting and significant investment in our Faculty of Medicine and Health and in order to deliver on the University's ambitious strategic plan, we are seeking an Administration Officer to support the research and operations (HR, Finance and IT) side of the clinical school, and in tasks such as assessments, marking, Canvas administration, student attendance checks, mini clinical examinations, venue bookings and any other support, including creating agendas, minute taking, and WHS documentation.
Your key responsibilities will be to provide general administrative services and operational support to the work area. Respond to a range of enquiries via telephone, email and in person, from staff, students, visitors, and the general public regarding a wide range of the work area's activities. Build and maintain a general knowledge of services offered to students by the school, faculty, student centre, international office, and other relevant units within the university, and direct students to these services as appropriate.
About you to be successful in this role, you have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative and exercise sound judgement along with the ability to prioritise workload during busy periods
Strong attention to detail, with very good verbal and written communication skills, with experience in handling a wide range of enquiries and providing excellent customer service with discretion.
