Receptionist Family Focus Legal location Sydney.

Family Focus Legal is looking for a standout Receptionist to join our team in a part-time position, 3 - 4 days per week.

About us we are a boutique law firm located in Camden. We primarily specialise in Family Law, but also provide full services in Conveyancing, Wills, Estate Administration and Criminal and Commercial Law. We are community focused. About the role this is a job share role and you will work closely with other support members of our team and the Practice Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth running of front desk and office operations. Managing phone system and first point of contact for inbound phone calls.

Meet and greet clients, Diary management, Opening files, Handling internal and external phone and email inquiries. Processing mail (inbound and outbound). Undertaking monthly invoicing and provide accounts assistance. Provide assistance to the Practice Manager in relation to internal project implementation.

Being proactive in ensuring a clean, tidy and well-presented work environment (reception, offices and guest meeting rooms) for all employees. Full responsibility for administrative tasks, e.g. updating databases.

Performing general office administrative tasks such as creation of word documents, spreadsheets, publications, and signage for the office. File and database management, Issuing of daily reports, Archiving files, Photocopying and scanning of documents.

To be suitable for this position you should have the following experience a strong sense of professionalism, self-motivation, maturity, self-confidence, and attention to detail.
