About the role as a Youth and Family Court Administrator, you will be working as part of a high-performing team but will also have the individual responsibility of supporting and monitoring children and young people through the youth justice process, whilst having regard for any care and protection concerns. The role is based in Auckland at the Auckland City Police Hub.
Key Accountabilities contributes to the operational effectiveness of the Police by providing comprehensive, efficient and effective administrative support and service in response to child/youth offending. Liaising with partner agencies to ensure timely and accurate information is available for the Youth Services Team meetings.
Ensuring accurate and timely recording and dissemination of recommendations and outcomes from the Youth Services Teams. Entering data into appropriate case management systems. Follow appropriate information sharing and privacy processes during case management.
