Are you an administrator with a keen eye for detail who is looking for a rewarding role. Our supportive, fun and dedicated team are looking for an administrator to join our team on a casual basis. There is an opportunity for the right person to move into a permanent FT position.

About the role the Sydney Clinic is a boutique mental health Hospital with a renowned focus on best practice patient experience and satisfaction. We are idyllically located near Bronte Beach in The Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

We require a Receptionist/Administration Officer to join our small and friendly team. You will have great time management skills, be able to proactively manage the front office with a focus on excellent customer service. The applicant will need to provide an informed point of contact for patients and will work closely with the rest of the team in all areas of the day-to-day running.

As an Administration Officer your responsibilities will include perform a broad range of administration duties including. Manage a busy reception desk. Answer and redirect calls. Organise appointments and prepare admission paperwork. Conduct follow up requests and make reminder calls for visits.

Maintain accurate and effective record management systems including preparation of medical records. Perform Health Fund Checks as required. Manage the collection of excesses/co payments. Coordinate with staff from other departments. Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry.

Essential criteria highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Works well independently and within a team. Flexible to work a variety of shifts - early/late. Zedmed & WebPas Hospital system experience (Desired). Authority to Work in Australia. Working with Children check (if relevant). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
