Office Allrounder Gregorace Plumbing location Sydney.
Job description office All-rounder required for Plumbing company based in Prestons NSW. 22 hours per week, 4 Days 9am - 3.00pm, Immediate start.
Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to good understanding of general administration tasks and document control using, Word, Excel and Outlook, MYOB desirable but not essential. Maintaining records and liaising with relevant parties ie Tafe, Fair Trading, Sydney Water etc.
Answering phone calls, filing and archiving, preparing job folders and perform general administrative office tasks. Be highly organised with the ability to multi-task and set priorities. Must have high level attention to detail and accuracy. Be reliable, friendly and have can-do attitude. Ability to work independently, Willingness to learn, Onsite parking.
