We have a vibrant International Department managing our short-term and long-term students from all over the world. We require a confident, professional and proactive person to join this dynamic and busy team as an International Department Assistant.

Reporting to the International Operations Manager, this is an administration role looking after a range of tasks such as assisting students with homestay needs, six monthly homestay inspections and other administrative tasks.

Ideally you will have experience dealing with teenagers and communicating with people for whom English is not their first language. The successful candidate will demonstrate a can-do attitude and have the flexibility to multi-task. A positive friendly manner is essential. You will need sound computer skills, particularly Word and Excel and be willing to assist and support the team wherever needed during peak times. This position is 16 hours per week, days of work to be negotiated.
