Administration Assistant Briscoe Group location Auckland.

About the role Based in our Support Office in Morningside, Auckland, we are seeking an experienced administration assistant to work for a fixed period from February until September 2023 on a full time basis. This role is a part of the merchandise team working closely with the Dropship manager. This is a busy role so the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is a must.

Key responsibilities will include supporting the coordination of the drop shipment process, including ensuring articles are created accurately and appropriately. Providing assistance and routine administrative support in an efficient manner to meet the buying needs of the company.

Ensuring that all master data is accurate and where necessary updating and correcting any outdated or missing information. Ensuring data provided for promotional activities, mailers and the web is accurate and compliant. Assisting with order management and online customer order queries.

Skills and experience to enable you to be successful in this role, you will bring 2+ years' experience in an administration role. First rate Microsoft Office ability (particularly in excel). Strong verbal and written communication skills. A high level of attention to detail and initiative. Well-developed organisational skills including the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively.
