Administrator or Receptionist Kia Puāwai location Auckland.

About the role we are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join our Head Office team in Mount Wellington. This is a fulltime position, working 40 hours per week. This role fills an integral part of the Support Services Team. The role has loads of variety providing professional, frontline reception as well as delivering high quality administrative support, including accounts administration, vehicle bookings and travel co-ordination to our operations and support services teams. To be successful in this role, you’ll be an energic, customer focused person who’s super organised and able to manage multiple tasks independently.

About you friendly, approachable, and professional. Excellent customer service skills. Experienced administrator with strong attention to detail. Willing to participate and join us on our bi-cultural journey. Organised, responsible and able to work to deadlines. Motivated to make a real difference to support of our staff, caregivers, and clients.

Able to complete satisfactory Police and MSD checks and have a full NZ license. Experienced in providing high quality administration support to teams, including accounts administration and travel co-ordination. Able to work independently and under pressure, Flexible with tasks.
