This is a full time role for 40 hours per week. Beckhoff implements open automation systems using proven PC-based control technology. The main areas that the product range covers are industrial PCs, I/O and fieldbus components, drive technology, automation software, control cabinet-free automation, and hardware for machine vision. Product ranges that can be used as separate components or integrated into a complete and mutually compatible control system are available for all sectors. Our New Automation Technology stands for universal and industry-independent control and automation solutions that are used worldwide in a large variety of different applications, ranging from CNC-controlled machine tools to intelligent building control.

The role inwards goods including counting and storage of stock items and print media items. Picking and packing for order fulfilment. Dispatch including preparation of customer deliveries. Coordination via email and phone with couriers and cartage handlers for both inwards and outwards goods tasks.

Coordination with the office administration team for customer invoicing, loans and print media marketing. Assistance with inventory management processes and stock takes including random stock checks. Identification of ageing inventory and recommendations for towards improving efficiency. Assistance with general administrative and office support tasks.

Skills NCEA level 3 or tertiary qualification. Proven employment experience within a Warehousing or Office Administration role (Minimum 3 years). High proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word software packages (2016 or newer). MYOB Accountright Premier (Preferred).

Strong attention to detail and numerical skills. Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Capability and willingness to grasp internal systems and processes. Strong initiative with the ability to work within a team. High energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
