Office Assistant Blue Star Collard location Auckland.

This role provides an excellent career opportunity for the right candidate.  We are part of a large national organization.

The main focus of this role will be Accounts Payable and reconciling at the end of the month, with other duties also including  General Office/Admin,  Greeting Customers, Sending Couriers/Track and Tracing, Filing, Support to the Sales Team.

The ideal applicant would have: Excellent Communication Skills, Good computer skills including Microsoft Office, Strong numeracy and literacy, A positive can do attitude. Applicants for this position must be legally entitled to work in NZ and willing to complete a police check. You must have a restricted drivers license.

This is a Monday to Friday position approximately 32-36 hours per week with one day per week over at our Constellation Branch over on the North Shore.
