Our role we are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Administrator to provide support to our Legal team based in Auckland. This is an exciting and varied role which reports into the Associate General Counsel - Legal Operations. In the role you will be responsible for assisting our three Auckland based Associate General Counsels in Property, Legal Operations and Construction and supporting the wider Auckland based legal team to achieve their objectives, manage their workflow and liaise with senior managers, staff and external stakeholders on their behalf. There is a particular emphasis on supporting Power of Attorney signings and supporting transactional work so knowledge of sub-division processes and/or document automation will be an advantage.
We are looking for someone that is extremely organised, can keep a cool head under pressure, is efficient and adaptable. You will have the opportunity to show real initiative, and have the ability to think on your feet and problem solve.
What you will bring experience in managing administrative functions. A proactive, enthusiastic and energetic approach. Able to work with minimal supervision. Ideally, experience working in a legal environment.
