About us NZIIU has been one of the leading charitable organisations promoting international understanding through programmes that encourage educational and cultural exchange for more than three decades.

Positions due to the growing number of our clients, we are currently looking for 2 new employees for our inbound departments based at the NZIIU office in Newmarket, Auckland. Your main responsibility is to organise, arrange and support their academic and/or cultural study in New Zealand, mainly from Japan, other Asian countries and Europe. These are full-time positions.

Position 1; FFP Student Coordinator for Full-Fee-Paying students at NZ secondary schools, student study length 2 weeks to 1 year. Position 2; Study Tour Coordinator for students’ tour groups, student study length mainly 1 – 4 weeks in NZ.

Essential written and verbal English communication skills. Time management skills and ability to multi-task. Customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Willing to work overtime, weekends and public holidays if required . NZ citizen or hold an appropriate work or PR visa.

Highly advantageous the ability to communicate in Japanese both written and oral. Hold a valid NZ driver's license.
