Restaurant Hubert is looking for an Assistant Head Sommelier to help curate and manage our beverage list, and further develop our culture of knowledge and excitement around wine. Restaurant Hubert offers classic French cuisine, an extensive beverage list and live jazz, right in the heart of Sydney. Since its opening in 2016, the venue has also garnered praise for its beautiful ambience and warm, knowledgable service.

Our wine focus is on the classic, small volume, French and Australian producers while still remaining enthusiastic about discovering talented new winemakers and bottlings of anything that’s truly delicious.

We're seeking an experienced Sommelier to help lead our team and continue to offer exceptional service, curating, managing and serving our list of over 600 wines. In addition, we require someone who is excited to guide our floor team with further learning, tastings and mentoring.
