Receptionist or Office Allrounder Jade Electrical Contractors location Sydney.

Our Company seeks motivated self-starter to assist in office at Smeaton Grange Part Time 3-4 days a week – 8am to 4:30pm - $25 per hour. The position will include but is not limited to reception Duties. Maintaining incoming emails daily. Creating and maintaining new job files. Data Entry/Typing of quotes and invoices. Liaising with clients.

In order to be considered for this opportunity you will need the following skills strengths and attributes experience in an office environment would be an advantage. Pleasant and professional phone manner. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written as well as the ability to interact with people at all levels within an organization.

Work in team as well as independently with a high level of accountability. Experience using Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, Excel etc. Experience with Simpro would be an advantage but training could be provided. Experience using Xero would be an advantage but training could be provided. Possess a high level of attention to detail.
