Administrator Contract Resources location Taranaki.

The role on offer reporting to the Regional Manager, this role is key to ensuring all the wheels are turning and the administrative processes are running smoothly for the team. The position is well suited to a person who really enjoys multitasking. It is many different roles in one and each day could be different. This involves, Managing accounts, invoicing, reception duties.

Along with this we are seeking the following skills and attributes a good all-round administrator. A good knowledge of general accounting duties, invoicing and payroll. Ensuring data and invoicing is completed on time.

Preparation of monthly accounts. Computer savvy and confident in the use of Microsoft Office Suite. Able to work in an office on your own and manage your time well.  A ’nothing is a problem’ attitude.
