ACPAN Administrative Officer ACPAN location Melbourne.

The ideal applicant has experience in marketing and/or the perianaesthesia domain, but the latter is not a prerequisite. Then role has a high level of autonomy. Besides the monthly meetings, activities can be performed during any day of the week & any time of the day.

Position dimensions minimum 4 hours per week. This position will be paid an Honorarium. Administrative Officer responsibilities and duties. Assist the Executive Board with administration tasks associated with document preparation and archiving.

Maintains action and correspondence registers. Transcribes and circulates documents for meetings. Send out membership correspondence via MailChimp. Formats documents as per ACPAN style guideline.

Administrative Officer qualifications and skills. Advanced knowledge of software applications e.g. Office 365 and MailChimp. Time management skills, prioritising tasks and ensuring work is completed within designated timeframes as per the ACPAN board’s request.

High level of correct grammar and spelling skills. Available during ACPAN Board meetings and Executive meetings once a month during the evenings.  Manages own work appropriately.
