About the role to provide support to the claims team by processing administrative. tasks, opening and distributing all incoming mail, loading and scanning. claims, maintaining salvage box, archiving claims and clearing claims inboxes. Hours will be 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (7.5-hour day or 37.5-hour week).

Other key requirements will include manage all incoming mail. Liaise with university administrators to confirm study dates. Scan documents, and load them into the claims system. Data load. Policies where required. Manage offsite file retrieval and maintain salvage box.

Maintain inbox - acknowledge and respond to all incoming. Emails and forward any queries to the appropriate handler. Undertake allocated tasks to ensure these are completed within. Agreed guidelines and deadlines.

Assist with any other duties as directed by the team leaders. Or senior management. Answering customer queries via phone and email. Manage internal and external relationships, interactions and expectations to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of the best. Possible level of service. And more.
